Terms of Service
By creating an account or publishing on Pressando you agree to these terms. (Draft — legal review pending before commercial launch.)
1. The service
Pressando is a press release publishing platform. We provide publishing tools, public pages, feeds, and analytics. We are not the sender of published content and do not editorially review content beyond what our content policy states.
2. Account and organization profile
You are responsible for keeping account details accurate and access limited to authorised people. The organization profile must represent a real entity — a company, NGO, club, public body, or other organization — you are entitled to represent. Anonymous publishing is not allowed — the organization name is visible on everything you publish.
3. Responsibility for content
You are fully responsible for the content you publish. Press releases must be truthful, must not make misleading claims, and must comply with applicable law and our content policy.
You warrant that you have the right to publish all material, including images, and that publishing does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Licence to display content
You retain all rights to your content. By publishing you grant Pressando a non-exclusive licence to display, store, format, and distribute the content on the platform and its feeds (RSS, sitemaps, search engines) for as long as it remains published.
5. Free and paid tiers
The free tier carries the limitations stated on the pricing page. Team is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. On non-payment the account reverts to the free tier — published content is unaffected.
6. Removal and suspension
Pressando reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or the content policy. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension without prior warning.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or uninterrupted operation. Pressando's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
