Privacy Policy

Pressando is built without tracking cookies. Public pages set no cookies at all, and all analytics are collected anonymously on the server.

What data we process

Account data: email address, name, and password (hashed) — or your identity from the sign-in provider you choose (e.g. Google or Microsoft).

Organization data: what you enter in your profile — organization name, website, description, and logo. These are shown publicly.

View statistics: per release we count views with referring domain and country. No IP address, no device information, and no cookies are stored.

Legal basis and purpose

Account data is processed to perform our contract with you (delivering the service). Aggregated view statistics rely on legitimate interest — they cannot be linked to individuals.

Sub-processors

Database: Neon (EU, Frankfurt). Hosting and storage: Cloudflare. Email: Resend. Payments: Stripe — card details never reach our systems. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Raw view events are aggregated continuously and purged after 90 days. If you delete your account, personal data is removed immediately, together with the organization profile and all published releases.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection under the GDPR. Export and deletion are available in account settings. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (IMY in Sweden).
