Content Policy

Pressando is for real news from real organizations — companies, NGOs, clubs, public bodies, and more. These rules protect the platform's credibility — and with it, the visibility of everyone's releases.

What belongs here

News from your organization: launches, hires, funding, partnerships, research results, events, and positions. Written as news — with a headline, a lede, and substance.

Not allowed

  • Cryptocurrency promotions, gambling/casino, and adult content
  • Misleading or unsubstantiated health claims
  • Get-rich-quick schemes and pyramid structures
  • Content published solely for link building or SEO manipulation
  • Copyright infringement, defamation, and hate speech
  • Content impersonating a sender other than the actual one

Link policy

Outbound links from the free tier are always nofollow. Dofollow links require Pro and a verified organization. Excessive links or irrelevant anchor texts may cause a release to be rejected.

Review

New accounts are reviewed manually before publishing — normally within one business day. Established accounts publish immediately but are spot-checked after the fact.

Consequences and reporting

Content that violates the rules is removed. Repeated or serious violations lead to suspension. See something that breaks the rules? Email takedown@pressando.com — reports are handled within 24 hours.
